Well it may have rained for all of the 8 hours last year but on the plus side at least it increased the crashes by a factor of 10 so there was plenty for the spectators to laugh at. This year we expect a grid overflowing with elbow bashing spark flying moped mayhemers so ask for an entry form now.
the wheels
Pretty much anything that would struggle to pull the skin off a rice pudding. There is a 50cc limit for 2 strokes and a 90cc limit for 4 strokes. Think Dominos pizza delivery boys and you get the idea in terms of machine and riding style. Pegs were made for grinding...
the race
It's an 8 hour endurance event running from 10am in the morning until 6pm in the evening. Plenty of time to fall off, get up and fall off again.
expected difficulty rating 
Monkeys could do it. But they are in fact banned as banana skins do not mix well with extreme motorsports...or even crap motorsports.
